Our Process

  • Once you have accepted our terms of engagement, the onboarding process will start.
  • We will evaluate your profile to determine any outstanding work that needs to be done. This includes any accounting records or statutory returns that need to be updated or filed. This will be quoted for separately.  
  • Your business profile will then be loaded on all our relevant systems for future processing.
  • All accounting transactions will be done on Xero.
  • All payroll functions will be done on SimplePay.
  • All supplier bills will be loaded on Hubdoc which integrates with Xero.
  • We recommend clients capture and distribute their own customer invoices and quotations.
  • From here we build and grow your business in a strategic and sustainable way, together.
